The Estate House
The Estate House welcomes guests with convenient parking and houses our luxurious bridal suite and venue office.
The Tiki Hut
The Tiki Hut is perfect for ceremonies, cocktail hours, or intimate gatherings surrounded by tropical landscaping.
The Gazebo
The Gazebo is the heart of our venue. An open-air pavilion with soaring thatched ceilings, BBQ grill and heavy-duty commercial vector fans provides the perfect centerpiece for your reception or main event.
The Stable
The Stable is home to our gentle horses. This facility provides comfortable stalls and serves as the hub for grooming and daily care of our equestrian partners. It can also be transformed into a unique rustic event space.
The Round Pen
The Round Pen is an enclosed riding area that features premium amenities for paso fino training and equestrian lessons.
The Arena
The Arena is a spacious outdoor facility used for horse riding lessons and training, perfect for all skill levels. This rustic space also provides a stunning backdrop for photoshoots.

We host weddings, baby showers, corporate events, networking events, gender reveals, birthdays, Sweet 16s, photoshoots, and filming projects. Our 5-acre property works well for both intimate gatherings and larger celebrations.

What does it cost to rent the venue?
Our event packages start at $2,500. The final cost depends on your specific needs, guest count, and which services you'd like to include. Contact us for a detailed quote based on your event requirements.

What is included in the venue rental?
Rental includes access to our full 5-acre property, lighting-enhanced trees, self-parking for up to 55 cars, and on-site electricity for your equipment. We also have preferred vendors available for catering, bounce houses, and generators if needed.

What is the payment schedule for booking an event?
We require a 25% deposit to secure your date. 50% is due 3 months before the event, and the remaining 25% balance is due 30 days prior to the event.

Is Hacienda Royal an indoor or outdoor venue?
We're an outdoor venue set on 5 beautiful acres. For comfort during warmer months, we provide fans with misting options to keep your guests cool.

What happens if it rains on the day of my event?
We're a rain or shine venue, which means your celebration goes on regardless of weather! We're happy to help you plan weather-friendly setups and can recommend tent rentals to keep everyone comfortable and dry. However, in cases of severe weather conditions, we're flexible and can accommodate date changes.

What equestrian activities are available?
Our property features horse jumping and Paso Fino lessons for individuals, including specialized programs for those with PTSD or special needs. These services are provided by an experienced equestrian business that operates from our stables.

Wonderful location for photo shoots. My nephew just had his graduation pictures taken here and they turned out awesome. Place is beautiful and has shady areas for set up and pictures. Highly recommend it for any type of photography and outdoor events.
